Can I Produce Good Wine?
No

With its extreme cold temperatures, wine production in Polar Climates is basically impossible. Also, because polar regions are far away from the equator, it receives less solar radiation. If you are committed in producing wine in polar climate, it is still possible by building a greenhouse and ready to spend a lot of money in maintaining ideal temperatures and solar radiation
